Contact us
The best way to contact QR Code Forever is by email. We read everything, we reply to most messages within a few days, and bug reports with a clear description are genuinely useful to us. Before writing, please check the notes below: they cover what to include, and the one thing we cannot help with, which is a code made somewhere else that has stopped forwarding.
Write to hello@qrcodeforever.com. There is no contact form, no ticket system and no chat widget; a plain email reaches the person who runs the site.
Reporting a bug
A useful bug report has four things:
- Which browser and device you were using, for example “Safari on iPhone 15” or “Chrome 129 on Windows”.
- Which page you were on, as the address in the bar, for example
/wifi-qr-code/or/bulk-qr-code-generator/. - What you expected and what happened, in a sentence or two. If the verification badge showed a message, quote it.
- A screenshot of the code, if the problem is with a generated code. Do not send a Wi-Fi password, a private phone number or anything else you would not want in an email; blur it or replace it with a placeholder before sending. We can reproduce most issues from the type of content and the style settings alone.
Because nothing you type is sent to us automatically, we cannot see what you generated. The screenshot and the settings are the only way we can follow what happened.
Corrections and suggestions
If a guide is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what should change. If a use case you need is missing, say what it is; we add pages when enough people ask. We do not add dynamic codes, scan tracking or accounts, for the reasons on the about page.
What to expect
We aim to reply within a few working days. Bugs that break a download or a verification are looked at first. We cannot promise a fix date, but we will tell you what we found.
Codes that were not made here
We cannot repair, reactivate or redirect a code made with another generator. If a code that used to work now leads to an error page or an upgrade prompt, it was almost certainly a dynamic code whose forwarding service has ended. Upload the code to the QR code reader and look at the decoded text: if it shows a short address on a domain that is not yours, that vendor holds the redirect and only they can restore it. The practical fix is to make a static code for the real destination on the home page and reprint; the why QR codes expire guide walks through the other possible causes.
Advertising and legal
Questions about ads or consent are covered in the privacy policy; requests under data protection law can be sent to the same email address. We hold very little data about anyone, and we will say so plainly if the answer is nothing.
